Waterfalls has always beckoned me because of its incredible beauty .I always wanted to visit Jog especially after listening to the most famous Rajkumar’s Song ‘Jeevanadalli omme nodu joga gundi ‘. Which I realize now is true word to word. After an overnight drive we reached our destination ‘Mutthuga’a home stay located amidst the lush green areca plantation just 8 km before Jog falls. After having morning breakfast with a refreshing cup of coffee we started off to Jog. After fifteen minutes drive we reached Jog falls. There we experienced the magnificent view of river Sharavathi dropping down as Raja, Rani, Rorer and Rocket from a height of 930 ft. We could also experience many moods of jog where the weather kept changing from sunny to Gloomy and cloudy to rainy .A unique experience of its own kind.
